"I can’t recommend Leaf and Bean enough! I recently stopped in for lunch and was blown away. I had this incredible grilled wrap (the filling was so fresh and flavorful!) served with perfectly crunchy nachos and a delicious house dip. You can tell they use top-quality, fresh ingredients.
The atmosphere is exactly what you want—warm, inviting, and buzzing with a great local vibe. It’s the perfect spot whether you're catching up with a friend or just looking for a cozy corner to enjoy a meal.
What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They are absolute pros—super friendly, attentive, and they make you feel welcome the second you walk through the door. Service was fast without feeling rushed.

Food is good, had the pulled pork sandwich, very tasty. Coffee average, very weak. Staff were not friendly and gave me the impression that my order was a hindrance to them
Great café to grab or sit down for breakfast, coffee or lunch. All sandwiches can be made gluten-free. However, most plates or dishes contain dairy, except for the salads and a vegan breakfast option. Good option to go to when in Tuam.
